Maplewood Phases 2 & 3

Our Maplewood project represents a significant milestone in Steinbach’s urban renewal, transforming an established residential area with modern multi-family housing. This construction project was a three-phase development plan designed to modernize and enhance the community landscape.
We successfully delivered one 45,600 square foot multi-family complex in summer 2025, housing 24 well-appointed two-bedroom units, and the second in spring 2026. The innovative design features two interconnected buildings with a central firewall separation, maximizing safety standards. The project timeline was essential to our construction approach, and demanded precise project management to meet the critical summer occupancy deadline. Each of both phases’ 24 units incorporate contemporary design elements and practical living solutions, reflecting current market demands for quality multi-family housing in Steinbach.
