Construction Management – This arrangement allows us to work with you and the designers on construction drawings to meet your needs. We use our project management techniques in design, planning, and construction to control the time, cost, and quality on your behalf. General Contract – A fixed price solution where we take responsibility for the project on a fixed price to achieve all your project requirement.

Design-Build – Is a delivery method where we champion the design process as well as the construction phase. This allows us to create value through construction friendly design details while expediting the construction process.

Evan and Mike

Sweeping and Line Painting - Superior Projects is now offering sweeping and line painting services for your commercial or multi-family residential properties. Our skid steer mounted sweeper with curb attachment will clean your parking lot quickly and efficiently. When it comes to line painting, we use a very high-quality paint that stands up longer to our harsh Manitoba winters. We are local to Steinbach and the Southeastern Manitoba region, making it easier for you to schedule in that much needed paint job.

Superior Projects works alongside Schinkel Properties, a property management company, and together we provide the best service through the long-term commitment to your building well after its complete. By combining the construction management and property management services together we are able to provide:
