The new construction of Peavey Mart in Steinbach established a purposeful retail presence aimed at serving the region’s expanding agricultural sector. Despite encountering setbacks, the project successfully met the client’s critical timing requirements for their store opening window. The new facility was designed and constructed to accommodate an extensive range of agricultural equipment and products, positioning Peavey Mart to effectively serve the growing needs of local businesses and establish itself as a key supplier in the Steinbach farming community.

The building is currently for lease with Bob Schinkel at Schinkel Properties.
