Pineridge Hollow
Built through a design-build contract, this project prioritized locally sourced products and sustainability throughout construction. Our team worked closely with the owner to integrate environmental responsibility into every aspect of the build, from material selection to construction practices. A standout challenge was pivoting from steel web roof trusses to a wood web joist system when Amazon’s warehouse construction consumed the steel market, extending lead times from 16 to 52 weeks. The project features Greenstone wall panels with superior insulation ratings for enhanced sustainability and locally supplied timber from Cornerstone Timberframe. Technical highlights include innovative structural solutions and environmentally conscious material choices throughout. With careful attention to ecological preservation, including protection of the endangered Western Silver Aster species discovered on-site, we are proud to deliver a project that demonstrates our commitment to sustainable construction practices and local partnerships while maintaining structural integrity and design excellence.
