Completed in spring of 2025, this new two-story office building spans approximately 17,930 square feet, featuring thoughtfully designed office spaces and four future rental units. Our team worked closely with the owner to integrate the company’s culture into the interior and exterior design of this building, ensuring a workspace that reflects their values and vision. A standout feature is the unique rooftop smiley face, adding a creative touch to the development. The two-level office space includes two spacious boardrooms and a bright, welcoming staff room with a patio, fostering collaboration and employee well-being. With a focus on quality, functionality, and innovation, we are proud to deliver a space that enhances productivity and workplace culture.
