Set to transform educational ministry, this comprehensive renovation and expansion project spans 28,966 square feet, combining partial demolition, deep renovation, and two-story new construction. Our team worked closely with Steinbach Bible College stakeholders to balance budget and scope while creating modern facilities where future ministry leaders will grow and develop. A standout feature is the new hydraulic elevator system ensuring complete accessibility throughout the facility. The project includes enhanced dormitory suites with contemporary finishes, upgraded building systems, and improved learning environments with custom millwork throughout. Technical highlights feature hex pre-cast driven piles, complete exterior wall upgrades with EIFS finish, and dual roofing systems tailored to each building section. With a focus on ministry-focused improvements, structural integration, and campus renewal including new parking and landscaping, we are proud to deliver a space that supports the college’s educational mission and serves the next generation of ministry leaders.
