Phone Interview

If your application catches our interest, you'll receive an invitation for a brief phone or video call. This conversation helps us confirm your basic qualifications, discuss salary expectations, and check your availability.

In-depth Interviews

Qualified candidates move forward to more comprehensive interviews with department managers. These sessions evaluate your skills, go over your experience and work history, and cultural fit. This is also where we conduct your reference checks.

Job Offer

If you're the chosen candidate, you'll receive an offer letter outlining compensation and benefits. After accepting, you'll begin the onboarding process, which introduces you to the company's systems, policies, and team members.

Award & Contract

Congratulations! You’ve successfully submitted a project tender and we’d like to proceed with your company. Superior Projects will provide a subcontract agreement and discuss schedule to ensure all parties success.

Submit Invoice

Throughout the building process or after your work is completed, you can submit your invoice(s) to our accounting team. Please ensure that your invoice(s) are structured just like your subcontract agreement.
