This purpose-built clubhouse is the heart of Prairie Oaks, an innovative adult living community in Mitchell, Manitoba. Our team partnered with Schinkel Properties to create a welcoming central gathering space that fosters community connections while providing modern amenities for residents. The facility features flexible community meeting spaces, recreational areas, and contemporary finishes, all designed with accessibility in mind. A standout aspect is the energy-efficient construction incorporating sustainable building practices, ensuring durability against Manitoba’s climate while maintaining aesthetic appeal. The clubhouse includes spaces designed for adult living and social interaction, supporting various activities and hobbies. With a focus on quality craftsmanship, community-focused design, and timely delivery, we are proud to have delivered a space that enhances community living and serves as the social hub for approximately 200 lots.
